Belcibo Restaurant

Belcibo Restaurant (Ground floor of Vision city)
Last Friday was my mom's birthday and we celebrated it in a restaurant in Vision City, Belcibo. It was like a pasta house. I love the interiors of the place and it's ambiance though I wasn't able to take a photo due to the busy environment during the time we went there.

We ordered Creamy Garlic Prawns, Ossobuco Gremolata and a Shrimp & Asparagus Alfredo.

Spaghetti pasta, tossed in creamy Parmesan sauce with
shrimps, bacon and asparagus tips

Braised beef shank, slowly cooked in red wine, beef stock,
onions, tomatoes, garlic, carrots and celery.

Tender, juicy prawns in a rich, creamy garlic sauce,
served with steamed rice and salad

I took a photo of their menu however, it was hard to attach so I typed their menu in MS Word and uploaded in Scribd. Click here. You can check it from there and even download it.

By the way, I also took of a photo of their pullout menu showing their lunch specials and kiddie meals. You can now plan your day out with friends or loved ones in Belcibo.

Though I don't have their contact information yet, I will be asking them when I get back and will update this post asap.

It's nice to know that there are improvement in the food industry here in Papua New Guinea because before, most restaurant are just offering Chinese food. Now, they have restaurants like Belcibo that caters pasta and other Italian dishes.
